Dear Team Central
Family. . . .
It doesn't say
it all, but in a few short words it describes what we are attempting to
become;
"Together, strengthening
Team Central churches and partnering with them in starting new ones."

Together: We like to
call ourselves Team Central. No single, big shot churches. Rather an interconnected
team of believers, achieving common missional goals.

Strengthening: Our mission
statement becomes reality as we look more like a resource center and less
like a district office. Our goal is to come along side local pastors and
churches. To walk with them and resource them with intercessory prayer,
coaching, training and the development of mission action plans.

Partnering: All of the
above! Together, coming along side, and sharing resources exemplifies a
relationship that connects true ministry partners.

Starting: Or birthing
(if you prefer) new churches. Local churches with a new start vision, and
the District Resource Center, sharing the dream, partnering with
the planting congregation - magic happens!

Assembly
2010 launched a new thrust that we trust will positively alter our District
churches’ future. ‘Growing Up . . . Growing Out’, prepares congregations
to embrace God’s unique plan for engaging and impacting their unique community.
Pastors are being trained to lead their people in developing a distinctive
Mission Action Plan based on unique community needs. Enjoy the pix and
celebrate with us that Central Florida’s best days are ahead!
